For those who don't know, I do not recommend you continue unless you like to learn a great deal of information in very short periods of time on a subject of wh I would suggest not putting a quarry anywhere you can see oil on the surface, but if you really need to quarry that specific area, then pumping it out with an IC2 pump would work (I prefer to pump into phased transport pipes with a receiving pipe back at base), or manually picking up buckets and putting them into an Ender Tank, with another An Oil geyser spewing near a Volcano.. The problem is, it doesnt seem to actually pump the oil, as in the "drill" doesn't move to indicate it is working. I have tried with water and it worked fine.
